EICR testing
Electrical Installation Condition Reports for homes, landlords and businesses in Doncaster.
The problem
You need a certificate, not a lecture. Agents, insurers and tenants won’t wait while someone ‘fits you in next month’.
How we sort it
A proper EICR of the fixed installation: observation codes, a clear report, and a quote for any C1/C2 remedials if you want them doing.
- Domestic EICR
- Landlord electrical safety reports
- Commercial periodic inspection
- Remedial work after a fail
- Clear codes, not scare tactics
Straight answers
How often does a landlord need an EICR?
In England, at least every five years, or sooner if the last report says so. New tenancies also need a valid report in place.
What if the EICR finds problems?
C1 and C2 items need attention. We’ll explain what’s actually dangerous versus what’s a recommendation, then quote the remedials if you want us to do them.
