Quote / contact form
When you use the form on our Contact page, we collect:

- Phone number
- Email address
- Type of job
- Your message (which may include the address or details of the fault)
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote or emergency visit, and follow up about electrical or air conditioning work.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you initiated), and/or steps prior to entering a contract where you ask us to quote or attend.
Phone, email and WhatsApp
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the details you provide so we can reply and help with the job.
3. How your form data is sent and stored
Contact form submissions are posted toFormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails them to info@roseselectrical.co.uk. FormSubmit’s own privacy terms apply to that transmission. We keep enquiry details as long as needed to quote, complete the work, and meet legal or insurance requirements, then delete or archive them.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site or deliver the job (for example FormSubmit for form delivery, or suppliers if your install requires it), and if the law requires us to.
